Holistic nutrition focuses on achieving optimal health by considering the whole person-mind, body, and spirit—through balanced nutrition, and lifestyle choices. A holistic nutritionist understands that health is a lifelong journey, unique to each individual, and works to identify nutritional imbalances while providing personalized strategies to support, rebalance, and maintain overall wellness.

Meet with Nina
Nina Meraji, a CNP, RNCP and a graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver with first-class honours. She started her nutrition Journey in Canada by getting a diploma in nutrition from the Canadian College of holistic health in Toronto in 2014. Her expertise in holistic nutrition is complemented by more than a decade of experience as a dietitian in Iran. After graduating from IHN, she continued training with a global integrative medicine academy and research labs, natural factor and Seroyal.

Initial appointment (60-90 minutes, in-person or virtual):
45 min- $90 (additional 15 minutes for $30)
During the initial session, she takes a personalized and comprehensive approach to assess your health and lifestyle. Together, you will review your medical history, dietary habits, and daily routines—covering sleep, stress, physical activity, and emotional well-being—to identify key areas for improvement. Tailored nutrition and lifestyle recommendations will be provided, along with guidance on supplements to support your goals. This session serves as the foundation for your personalized plan, with follow-up sessions designed to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to keep you on track.

Follow-up appointment (45 minutes):
$90- Follow-up sessions allow her to track your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and provide ongoing support to keep you motivated. Your nutrition and lifestyle strategies will be continuously tailored to keep you on track and ensure long-term success.
